Do not use non-clumping litter. Tofu or mixed litter pieces larger than approximately 3 mm in diameter or 15 mm in length are not recommended.

Important Placement Information

For proper operation of the weight sensors, place the litter box directly on a hard, flat floor. Do not place it on carpet, rugs, or mats, and keep the entrance unobstructed.
